Gerry Carroll

Gerry Carroll is Head of Development at Dundalk Institute of Technology (DkIT) and has overall Institute wide responsibility for campus development, capital investment, facilities and estates management and knowledge transfer and R&D services to industry offered through the Regional Development Centre. As Head of Development he is a member of the Institute's Senior Management Team and reports to the President. As a chartered mechanical engineer he has held a number of senior management positions in both multi-national and indigenous industries in the process engineering, food and equipment manufacturing sectors as well as a range of lecturing, academic management and governance positions within the Institute. He also represents DkIT on a wide range of external organisations and boards.
