Advancing the business creation process and entrepreneurial success for knowledge intensive enterprises the Regional Development Centre (RDC) is located along the strategic corridor equidistant between Dublin and Belfast being hosted on campus at Dundalk Institute of Technology, and our satellite facility Millmount Development Centre in Drogheda, Co. Louth.

Both facilities provide and enabling ecosystem of knowledge, support and networks for our client companies. Through an array of supports, dedicated staff and an inspiring environment incubation at the RDC will help develop your repeatable, scalable and sustainable business model.

Ireland’s largest entrepreneur development programme is recruiting individuals who have an innovative idea for a new business.

Dundalk Institute of Technology in collaboration with Dublin City University) are offering this comprehensive programme of supports for start-ups with new and innovative business ideas that have high commercial and export potential. This intensive programme will give you access to supports like a desk in a campus incubator, 1-to-1 mentoring from start-up experts, business master-classes and networking with potential investors plus €15,000 in financial support to accelerate your business start-up.

 

Structured in 3 Phases:

Phase 1: (Max 30 promoters)

Will determine the business case (feasibility)

Delivered part time over six weeks

Phase 2: (10 -12 Promoters)

Will develop an investor ready business plan

6 Months full time commitment required

Intensive supports including training, mentoring, hot desking, etc.

€15,000 cash support for eligible projects

Phase 3: (Max 8 Promoters)

Provides customised supports focused on Business Growth to help promoters acquire first clients, investment or enter export markets.
